Soulxer Academy provides free, interactive coding courses, practice games, quizzes, and related learning tools. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the platform.
3. Accounts and Information
When you create an account or submit information, you agree to provide accurate details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Course content, code, designs, and branding on the platform are owned by Soulxer Academy or its licensors. You may use the lessons and exercises for your own learning, but may not resell or redistribute the content without permission.

Code and submissions you create remain yours. By submitting content through the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and display it so we can provide the learning experience.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulxer Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, which are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soulxer Academy and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
