To understand how the site is used, we keep our own visit statistics: the page visited, the site you arrived from, your device type, and a random identifier stored in your browser. These statistics do not include your name, email, or IP address, are not shared with advertisers, and are not collected when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Reminder emails are off unless you turn them on. If you do, we use the email address of the account you signed in with to send at most one email a day: when your streak is about to end, or after you have been away for a few days. We also store your time zone offset so the email arrives on the right day. Every reminder has a link that turns them off with one press, and you can switch them off at any time from your progress page. Rarely, we may also send a short note about the service to the address of your account, such as a thank-you or news of something new. Every email we send has a link that stops all of them with one press. Our email provider delivers these messages for us and does not use your address for anything else.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who assist us (e.g. hosting, analytics), legal authorities when required, or affiliates in connection with a merger or sale.
